Canon: Akatsuki no Yona
About: the Blue Dragon, and as such has special eyes that offer superhuman vision in multiple regards. He can see farther, despite conditions that might otherwise blind someone (such as darkness or blindfold-wearing), and has superb kinetic vision. His eyes also have the ability to cause temporary paralysis in others and can even stop their hearts, but the use of this ability always backfires and causes him to become temporarily paralyzed as well. As a character, he's comically shy and noncommunicative. Also a complete cinnamon roll.
